DragonCrypt — White Paper

Version 2.5 · August 2026 · Public document

Abstract

DragonCrypt is built for collectors and enthusiasts who care about provenance, craft, and a story the market itself wrote.

DragonCrypt Capital (DC) trades cryptocurrencies with its own real capital on real markets. When a position fully closes, that outcome can become an immutable digital medal — a Strike — archived and (when minted) proven on Polygon as an ERC-721 NFT. Each Strike is a historical certificate packed with real data: dates, prices, fees, lineage, outcome, SHA-256.

dragoncrypt.ca hosts the public Strike collection: browse medals free, buy on-chain (e.g. MetaMask) when listed. The product is collection of DC’s closed trades. Members who use the terminal play a fictional engage / option game on those certificates.

In three sentences

  1. DragonCrypt trades crypto with real capital on real venues.
  2. Closed outcomes may become collectible Strikes — certificates of observation with craft and on-chain proof.
  3. Collectors browse and acquire medals for provenance and story.

1. The problem with NFTs today

Elsewhere, the market still sells JPEGs, memes, and empty tokens — pictures with no event behind them, “rarity” invented by trait tables, value that lives only as long as the feed is loud. Some sites go further: they imitate crypto with decorative charts, a fake price that wiggles, and thousands of points on a scoreboard that never touched an exchange. Fashion dressed as finance. When the fashion moves on, nothing remains underneath.

DragonCrypt starts from the opposite premise. What is better than grounding a historical NFT in real crypto trades — real capital, real market path, real close — and freezing that as a certificate collectors can hold? Dates, prices, fees, lineage, outcome: real data on the medal.

A Strike is a serious certificate of observation: craft you can read, hash you can verify, medal you can own. Closer to an archive of something that happened than to a monkey JPEG or a toy ledger of points.

Premise: immutable proof of a market event that actually closed.

2. What DragonCrypt does

Trading — DragonCrypt Capital

DC opens and manages real positions with its own funds (long path of observation). Rules of the ladder (rebuy, take-profit, hard exits) belong to the engine — they describe how DC walks the market.

Collection — Strikes

Closed mechanical experiences cast as medals. Public catalog on dragoncrypt.ca. No login required to browse. On-chain purchase is the collector checkout path.

3. Strike lifecycle

Fundamental rule: no open trade can ever be struck. A Strike does not exist until the trade is fully closed.

  1. Opening — DragonCrypt Capital opens a real position with its own funds.
  2. Fluctuation — Duration is market-driven. A drop of about −21.4% can open the next DCA tier (PA2…PA5) on DC’s book.
  3. Closing — At target (+23.6% on that tier’s entry) the trade may close; dates and prices are frozen. Hard paths (UR) can also close the lineage — see §6.
  4. Strike — Archive + medal (SHA-256 of the JSON embedded in the piece). Public listing price follows the trade’s final.value.
  5. Collection — Medals may be listed for collectors; ownership can be proven on Polygon when minted and sold.

4. Collecting medals

Anyone can browse the Collection. Buying a listed Strike (when available) is a collector purchase of a certificate of a closed DC trade.

Materials and tiers reflect the ladder DC walked on that path (wood → crystal). Rarity and lineage are readable on each piece: parent/child links keep the story of the observation intact.

5. Tiers & lineages

Tier Dragon Rarity Condition (DC path)
PA1WoodSTANDARDInitial trade
PA2BronzeADVANCEDRebuy ≈ −21.4%
PA3SilverEPIC2nd rebuy
PA4GoldLEGENDARY3rd rebuy
PA5CrystalMYSTIC4th rebuy — final

Quantities scale by tier (1×…16×) on DC’s book. Parent/child links keep the lineage readable on each certificate. Illustrative DC capital at STAR ≈ 12 USDC (PA1, 2026): roughly 12 → 19 → 30 → 47 → 73 across the ladder.

6. UR — hard markets

If the ladder reaches PA5 and still fails, the lineage can close under an emergency rule (price path from the original PA1 often near −66% on that first entry — protective stop for DC’s book). Catalog prices on those medals reflect that path: often a lower listing, still a real certificate with provenance. Collectors may still want reds for craft and story.

7. Roadmap (product)

  • Public Strikes boutique on dragoncrypt.ca (live in modern stack).
  • On-chain purchase (MetaMask) and archive integrity (SHA-256 / ERC-721).
  • Continued DC trading and casting of closed observations into collectible medals.
  • Legacy boutique domain retired as source of truth.

Engine constants and internal ladder notes for members who use the terminal remain in the members-only Technical Guide (login required — not indexed publicly). This white paper is the public statement of DragonCrypt as real DC trading → collectible Strikes.
